My friend started making these egg tarts the other day and it came out really well for the fact it was her first try.......look at that nice hue of yellow !! No artificial colouring added. The texture was perfect and the crust was very satisfactory. The only complaint though......too few and too small . I am getting my egg tart trays as soon as my friend comes back from Hong Kong. Can't wait !! I am getting 36 of them . . .that will be my whole week's supply of egg tarts....heavenly. Follow @herworldly
